Our Institution was started during the academic year 2004-2005 as per the NCTE order No: FTN/364/SRO/NCTE/2004-05/289 For conducting elementary Teacher Training course with an annual intake of 50 students. In the year 2007 permission was given for admitting additional 50 students. At present we admit 100 students every year.

The Institution is situated in the heart of Madurai corporation and very near to Bus station and Railway Station. It is 5 km away from the Bus Station.

The Institution is fully equipped with all facilities and it has a very good infrastructure and suitable atmosphere for learning. Every year the Institution produces good results. The institution maintains strict discipline and a very good standard of Education. Opportunities are provided to students to become good teachers.
